We are a professional foundry located in Ningbo China mainly producing Mining and Construction Parts as well as other castings wildly used in Civil Projects, Power Plants, Agricultural and Transportation sectors; The unit weights of our products range from 15 kilograms to one metric ton; and the material catalogue covers alloy steel, carbine steel, high-manganese, high chrome steel, stainless steel and so on, they can be either standard materials like ASTM or custom ones provided by customers.
In order to provide the customers with high quality castings, we have used all the advanced equipment imported from abroad, and implemented strict quality control system, that¡¯s why we were chosen by some world-leading co***nies as their OEM supplier for ground engaging tools, crusher parts, electrodes and pumps. Currently our production capacity is five thousand metric tons per year, but this number can go up to 20 thousand because we have enough ***ce for potential expansion.
The foundry also possesses a machining center in which our experienced workers and engineers can do all kinds of precision machining according to customers¡¯ requirement.
